SOL= statute of limitations.
If you were FIRST late on the account -credit card? over 4 yeaqrs ago,that is the first late notice or extra payment for being past due, then they can no longer file for a judgment against you.If they can't get a judgment, they can't do anything to you.

If it is under 4 years, then they can file suit, get a judgment, obtain a levy against your car,and if you have no financing on it, they can seize the car, sell it at a sheriffs auction and take their claim from the proceeds, less the Pa. exemption.
