I am trying to discourage CA from further pursuit of cc debt by telling them I want a copy of my signature authorizing every purchase. Like most creditors don't they have to provide proof of the debt? I think several of my accounts don't have signatures for most purchases and even initially accepting the terms of the card? Will this work? Has anybody tried it?
