Unfortunately, I have no documentation on these old accounts. I will try the fraudulent entries letter.
Debating on whether or not to try and file a BK7. Most of this debt is old, technically almost ready to come off, but without documentation, I am looking at another 7 years of bad credit history. I am trying to not only rebuild my credit, but my life, and all these "bad" things I did in my past (like I said most should state from 96 and 97) are stopping me from doing this. So, I guess my question is, should I continue with trying to "repair" my credit (even though the item is correct, not the dates and amounts), or try to file BK7? Will a BK7 really "wipe the slate clean" so I can begin to rebuild my credit?
Sorry to go on and on, but I have been deliberating for months now, and have been unable to tell which is more beneficial.

Thanks.
Shannon
