OK- try this, you can add it to your other letter;

Both the Federal law governing credit reporting, the Fair Credit Reporting Act,and State Fraud Statutes(13-2304,referenced below) prohibit reporting inaccurate and damaging information to consumer credit reporting bureaus. I reserve the right to take appropriate action against you personally, and your company for any continued erroneous reporting on my credit report to any credit reporting bureau .

13-2304. Collection of extensions of credit by extortionate means

A. A person who knowingly participates in any way in the use of any extortionate means to collect or attempt to collect any extensions of credit or to punish any person for the nonrepayment thereof is guilty of a class 4 felony.
