Pay them? that's easy to say. They jacked up my interest from prime plus 2 to 22.99 for no reason. It's not like I have no other payments. I have $1200 just for monthly payments and those are just minimums on various cards that make up my 53000 dollar unsecured debt. If they don't settle, I can't afford to pay them, I can use the money to settle my other cards. As a policy though, can a bank NOT settle? That was my question. You misunderstood or understood little. No need to answer dude.
