Now about the BK, thanks by the way for the response even though I said it was not necessary, what happens on the meeting with the creditors and the trustee? What kind of questions are normally asked of BK filer? Could you please point me to a good list? Also, I make about 2200 dollars a month after taxes and have only a 4000 dollar car as an asset. Do you think someone like me can qualify for chap 7? I am kind of nervous about filing the BK, facing my creditors. How bad and ugly can it get, I guess, is my question.
