My wife and I are fighting a CA right now over this. I went into treatment. She stayed home. They are going after her because it was her insurance. They also said they could come after her just for showing up at the hospital. Of course since you had no insurance the first would not apply and the second issue was probably a lie but just wanted to vent here heh. I would assume your attorney would know what she/he was talking about.
