Anyone heard of AMO out of Georgia?

I got a call from a guy from AMO down in Georgia. They are now dealing with a First USA account that was previously bought by Arrow Financial. I sent Arrow Financial a cease and desist letter, and now it appears that this new company has the account. I'm about to send out another letter today. Does anyone know anything about AMO? I can't find a web site or anything like that. Thanks
