Well, IMO, if you can get the CRA to delete before the CA tries to update, then more power to you. Reinsertions of tradelines are a little easier to get removed than recently updated tradelines, because the CRA fears the big lawsuit. So, IMO, you should try to dispute the accounts in the hopes of them being deleted ASAP.
remember: a blemish on your report is always a blemish. a paid chargeoff is still a chargeoff. get the damned thing deleted if you can!
