C&D fax has not stopped calls

I sent a cease & desist fax to a 3rd party collection agency 36 hours ago and they calls have continued...also sent a copy by certified mail which should arrive today. What should I do if the calls continue, even after I have proof that my letter was received? Also..i'm going to send a 30 day validation letter..should I include a C&D in there again? Thanks!!! I appreciate your help.
