I believe I replied to your post yesterday regarding this subject. Again, a fax doesn't guarantee receipt. Even if you have a transmission receipt saying the fax was sent successfully, it still doesn't guarantee receipt. ANYTHING could have happened to your fax. However, since you've sent a certified letter, someone will have to sign for the letter and the post office will return a green card to you. By the date of receipt on the green card is when your C & D letter should be enforced. If calls should persist after that date, then you have grounds for a complaint. In the meanwhile, continue to document the date and time of all calls and whenever possible get a name or operator number.
