Secured versus Unsecured

Hello
I am really new at this so please bear with me. I have 2 loans.... the first I know is secured as they have a title to one of my cars. The second Im not so sure about. It is with Citifinancial here in Kentucky. I am contemplating chapter 13 or debt consolidation and they asked for all unsecured debts. When I got the loan with Citi I didn't give them any titles or anything just stated my assets like computer, TV, Cd's things like that. Now the question.....would that be considered a secure or unsecure loan?? I would like to include that with the debt consolidation if I can it would make it alot easier. Thanks for any answers.
