There are three items I would like to remove but don't know if it is possible.

First two are inquiries made by a credit issuer. I read that these stay on credit report for two years. I don't know why they had to pull my credit report.

Second was some late payments. These stay for 7 years?
This was an account with 2 users and the other user paid it late, and then stop paying the issuer. Three months later I found out I paid the full balance, almost 9k bucks of which $215 was mine. I know credit companies don't care. But what can be an explanation to them so they help me remove this item?

Thanks in advance.
