update-husband's old loan, levy on joint account

Just an update. We recieved our money back from the bank levy. We went to the MAC and realized we had a lot more money than we thought. We realized our money was returned. There is still a lawsuit but they had to return the money because my husband was not notified. Once in a while the legal system does work!
