Can I ever relate to this article -

"The management firm would hold monthly checks instead of banking them so they could demand late charges. The lawyer working with the management firm then liened the homes and ran up large bills by demanding legal fees plus the late charge. "

I might just write to the attorney mentioned and see if any laws are about to change.

I love the idea of a bill of rights instead of a bill of goods!!
