Hmmmmm. I dunno. Since it is a CA, they can't go after your pay. The SOL in FL is 5 years, but if you're out of the country the SOL may be tolled while you're gone. Do they know where you are? Are you using military PO? Maybe if they don't know..... it might be taking a chance though.
