Thank you for the billing act info. I love to read this stuff. In an update the company I am having problems with may be in hot water them selves now. I was attempting to file a complaint but they would not give me thier address. Or send me a statement as I requested. It's a long drawn out story. I will post one of my complaint letters after this. Anyhow comes to find out I was trying to locate thier address, since I was a resident in Idaho I knew the department of finance would have them on file as they have to be lisenced in the state to provide loans to residents. To make a long story short I could not locate thier lisence and sent an e-mail to the department requesting thier address from the lisence. The following day the Idaho Department of Finance responded requesting what information I may have of them and what type of loan I had with them. I sent them the info and then they responded back with the Idaho legal codes stating any company being a loan of anytype, debt collector and companies supplying loans to purchase products had to be on file. How ever the company is not on file and neither was the place I bought the product from. So now both are being investigated by the State for not being lisenced. I don't know how that will help me but at least they will get whats coming to them on that fact.
