In response to NCO. Theses people are a living nightmare for me right now. I am dealing with them they will not discuss anything, they dont even give you a chance to discuss the manner, they try to get into a shouting match, with you and then they hang up and have someone else call back. My student loan is over 15 years old and no one contacted me until now and they keep telling me that they will sue me and get a judgement against me and take my put a lien on my house. They went so far as to call when my 12 year old was home alone and cursed and sweared at her and she was so scared when I got back. To do this to a child is just terrible. How should I deal with them. I am only concern about the lien on my propery. I have been able to work around this and my credit score is good.
