Expenses.. like dry cleaning, hair cuts, etc., should be included on your BK forms,so they ARE looked at in that respect. The point is, its not just rent, utilities, phone, etc. that you need to include, there's ALWAYS more than that !! Sit down, think about it and make a list ! As for keeping your reciepts, I read on another bankrtupcy site that its a good idea to hang onto reciepts for cash purchases for the 30 days prior to your BK filing.
