tell OC/CA I want to file BK?

Many of my CC accounts just went to charge-off. My intention is to lay-low and hope they don't sue. I'm pretty much judgement/BK proof. I don't answer my cell phone and only 3 of them have my work number, so far. Is it wise to tell the OC or CA that I'm thinking or in the process of filing BK when in fact I'm not? Thanks,
