I purchased a home via constable sale (cash) in texas and subsequently satisfied an abstract of judgement by doing so. With a Constable deed I am emcombered to a the first lien holder (a mortgage)/ Currently I am paying the first lien holders through montly mortgage payments in order to keep the home. I can not sell the house because there is another abstract of judgement filed prior to the one I satisfied. What steps can I take to uncloud the title of this house and take the steps to sell? Any advice will be appreciated.
