Oh PUHHHLLLEASE .. rball! I suppose you've NEVER made a single error in YOUR checking account, ever ??? It happens all the time, and to just about everyone at some point. NO ONE is perfect, sh*t happens and you make a mistake.. but we get flogged over and over for something like that by this ridiculous ChexSystems who are harder to deal with than the CRA's ! Is there a need for a chexsystems-type thing.. probably, to some degree, but then we should have the same rights to fight and dispute entries with them as we do our credit reports.
