How old is the judgment?
When does it expire?
Did you know about it at the sale?
Was disclosure of all liens required at sale?
I suggest you see a real estate lawyer to see if the constable's sale fulfilled all it's legal requirements about disclosure.
If they did nothing wrong, and you were somehow pursuaded to enter into this transaction without checking the title,or if the bank/lienholder's foreclosure missed the judgment in their paperwork,you may have some recourse.
