Linda; i did it! Took care of my situation today; and i want to thank you for the advice. I really was losing sleep over this. Already the stress level is diminishing and i'm just glad i don't have to deal with it going on my credit. They were ready to do that in 2 days. I will pursue the rest when the time is right. You don't think they can come after me for the fee they had to pay this collection agency; do you? I wouldn't put it pass them. LOL
