However, they are the ones who offer new accounts to CCCS graduates. You do have to qualify for the card, it isn't automatic. Don't close your mind because they won't promise you stuff. What I have heard is that they're the ones who will give you a reasonable credit limit and interest rate when you've finshed CCCS successfully.
