We know it is on his credit report, but not sure if it is on as a chargeoff or not. Will have to find out. They have phoned us repeatedly, but do not call the daughter. I don't think we have actually gotten anything in the mail. At first, they kept telling us that they were "representatives" of the bank.. ?? Once in a while, they will STILL try to pull that. I just hang up on them now.
