Yes, I really want to do this, just as I said, I have some evidentiary questions...they haven't called back since (late last week) so my primary question concerns evidence of the threats, as well as the other items I listed in my prior post. (Linda, in answer to our question, so far, only on the phone, but I plan to communicate only in writing from now on and there have only been three calls; me calling them once, them calling back twice). Linda, thanks for the tips. I only recently moved, so I don't know yet if that info is there. Re the inquiries: my thought was that only those inquiries authorized by me would show up to a potential lender, so wouldn't these not even show up? My credit is in fairly good shape now, and I don't apply for much, so I'm not even sure these would affect me if I did, but I obviously want them not to be able to do it regardless. Also saw whereas some attorney is filing a class-action suit. I think I'll call him, but confused as to why this CA is not already included based on the repeated posts I see here regarding their slimeball illegal tactics... Thanks, -EuterpeThelo
