The attorney is putting suits together in different parts of the country. So far, what he has said is that he wants to sue CA's who have re-aged time-barred accounts in order to put them on credit reports.

If they are doing AR inquiries (account review) they still have no permissible purpose, but I agree, I doubt you could find damages.

If you have existing credit accounts, your address will be updated pretty quickly. But as Scott noted, they don't really want to find you - they like to file suits by serving you at an old address, and win a judgment by default.

As far as the phone calls, how about wire fraud? Again, you need a witness.
