Student Loan Consolidation

I recieved a package today suggesting that I should
re-finance my 10,000 dollars in student loan debt. The program is called HALO/Financialaid.com, but upon further investigation I found that it came through Fifth Third Bank. I called and got some information. They stated no credit check required, rate of 4.5 with auto debt from my checking acount, still federal subsidized loan. Curently my loan is variable and rate is 6.75. My question finally is anyone out there ever consolidate using this HALO program and/or 5th/3rd bank? If so would you recommend? Is this something that I should consider? Thanks
