Help! I am being harrased by NCO

Does anyone have an address where I can write a letter complaining about NCO. They are harrasing me. They are calling me at work. I was paying them and they stopped sending me receipts acknowledging my payments. Also when I made this agreement with them they said that if for any reason the funds would not be available all I had to do was call and they would stop the transaction until the funds were available. Well guess what! Even after I called to tell them that the funds were not available they would still process the transaction and I would get a $30 from my bank. Then someone called and told me that I had not made payments for like 4 months. That was a lie they were withdrawing the money from my account automatically. Anyways I need help and I want to file a complaint against them. Could someone please give me an address where I can write to.
