It would be a VERY good idea to send a snail mail CRRR requesting validation, disputing the debt,requiring a cease and desist.
Hav you actually been served with a lawsut? If not, this is likely one of these garbage scam ca's that have proliferated lately.

If you HAVE been actually served, the filing complaint must identify who the original account was with etc.You then would need to file your answer with the court, but from your post, I think ths is likely just another con job from a garbage bottom feeder ca.
