NCO is TERRIBLE, they will LIE nonstop. You will not get anywhere dealing with them. Next time they call, ask for their mailing address and name of the person who is calling and file a complaint with your state's atty. general's office. It appears that they have your checking acct info, best thing to do is to open a new checking acct. and CANCEL your present one. Do NOT talk to them for any other reason and don't make any "deals" with them, that's how they get you. If you have to pay a CA, only do it by money order and hold on to the receipts. BTW, what state are you in and what type of debt and how old is it?
