Why would they recharge every 3 days? My bank charges only once unless the check was resent to the bank by the person who it was written to. We just had a bounce due to a job change, the employer did not direct deposit the last check and it took us 4 days to realize it. Luckily it was just one and the bank paid it for us but they still charged us 35.00. Your bank sounds awful. Try the Bank of America if there is one in your area. You do need a checking account for check cashing and bill payments, money orders suck.
