You MIGHT want to consider going to the courthouse, double checking their filing,and if there is nothing there to verify the "cause of action" (the original creditor, and date of lapse)--you can file a countersuit for violations of the FDCPA,Abuse Of Proccess and False Claims.

In any case, as long as you show up to defend yourself,even if they CAN verify some account in some way, it is time-barred,so you need not have any fear of their getting any judgment.
