The advice given here IS good. It comes from concerned people who take their own time to help people in trouble for free. No one guarantees any kind of outcome. We say that over and over. Unfortunately, people who think that someone else has to take responsibility for their actions, and the outcomes, and continue to think that way, will often end up in trouble again.

I don't mean to lecture, but like I said, any advice you get here comes from other consumers who care, want to help, and have dealt with the situation themselves one way or another.

When you face a lawsuit, it is up to you to try different ways of resolving it. There is no magic silver bullet that solves all problems. No one can tell you defintely "do this and this will happen" - what happens is up to you. Even a lawyer can't make you that kind of promise.
