I've been looking some things up. In order to get these scum, a motion has to be filed with the bankruptcy court to reopen the case for this. Apparently they usually DO reopen these cases. Attempting to collect on a discharged debt is civil contempt and punishable by some hefty fines and sanctions ! Since you can probably go after the OC too for selling the discharged debt as well, you could have a huge victory on your hands :)

A FEDERAL sanction against CAMCO.. woo hoo !!! DO IT !!!!
