Jim. Well, your question sure hit a hot button! An additional thought. Get a copy of you and your wifes credit report from each of the 3 CRA's and see if CAMCO has added this to the reports. In order to do so, they would have to reage it which is illegal. With your bk discharge having this debt listed with a 1992 date I would suggest that you may have hit a homerun. CAMCO's E&O carrier will need to start warming up the check writing machine and add some digits!
