Another great point! On 8-19-02, I did run my own credit report thru TransUnion and, at that time, there was nothing there concerning Household account that CAMCO acquired. However, I did not run my wife's report - but the credit card was in her name only (not a joint account). Should I run the reports ASAP or wait a while for CAMCO to make the next move (in the hopes that they will). Again, this account was clearly discharged in 7-92 and we have not responded to CAMCO yet (except for the two brief phones calls that "Bob" placed to us).

Lastly, do you know of any good BK lawyers in Illinois?
