Your ideal discovery will be to demand the provenance of the debt back to OC, AND if I am not mistaken, every scrap of paper in whatever file they have on you.

Because in those files will be proof that the debt is old, the review of the lawyer who outlined exactly how to hit you, AND the credit report that sent up the red flag.
