Thank you for your reply, I never spoke with the bank nor did I fill out any information for them in requesting or accepting a "visa" from them. I have enough credit cards without adding another one with a hoaky service charge. I just paid them all off...

I will contact the South Dakota Department of Commerce and Regulation Division of Banking, in addition to my filling out an affidative to stop all payment to Plains Commerce.
