I've read on another board that Sear, BestBuy and Circuit City have shown up asking for reaffirmations or the property, asking if you still have the stuff. The easy answer is that you don't have it anymore if its been a while. If BestBuy shows up at my BK for a monitor I bought 4 years ago, well.. the damn thing died 2 months ago... literally !!! If you don't have it .. they can't take it... and you DON"T have to reaffirm. You can CHOOSE to pay them even if you don't reaffirm, but that's totally up to you.
