Check the information they gave you about their licensing with the agencies they say. Are they in YOUR State?
Did you send them the dispute/validation letter? If so, see if they have reported it as disputed to your CRA.
A computer print out of an account, unless it has other verifiable information, such as a copy of your signed application, would NOT be considered validation if you disputed the account.
