cassidy i like reading your posts & honestly ya seem like a very nice person .. i can tell ya seem frustrated , tell ya what id do if i were you , id not file BK yet becouse you still have plenty of time becouse it dosent look as if the new BK law is going to happen anytime soon & even if if does ya still have about 6 + months before it would become law .. 3 more yrs is still along time before your SOL has passed but honestly the ball's STILL in your court becouse IF they get a judgement OR sue in my opinion thats the time to then file BK .. i know creditors can be a pain in the butt so givin that the BK route might be the way to go but like i say id sit tight just stay calm & see what their next move is & if you feel like youve had enough & their gonna sue you than you can always do the BK thing than .. dont let them stress you out , get caller id & the lame letters they send ya , well ive never been to tennessee but those letters may make good use in getting your fireplace started lol .. hope it turns out ok .......... bye kelly ..
