Anyway, got my greencard back from the post office and I am waiting for my validation. After further investigation I've discovered this is most likely a bogus debt, but if by some chance they can validate it, it's ABSOLUTELY guaranteed to be SOL and I would be happy to pick up the money for this obvious violation. I think the best way to attack these a$$holes is to collect on the never-ending violations at $1000 each!
