Thanks Linda, I like that idea. Actually I had never considered having the bk papers ready before time, for some reason was only thinking of just going on and filing....too many late nights frying the brain.

Oh believe me the bank hasn't seen even a hundred bucks in a looong time, lmao!

I went through the whole settlement thoughts but would've had to borrow to do that and if being in debt to someone I can't see stressed me..I can't imagine being in debt to a relative I can't pay.

Will take yours and Kelly's advice and play the lay low route ;)
