I hate to say it but I agree with the other 2. I would kill(ok maybe not literally) to have your assets and salary. Most people do not pay for a reason or are harrassed for bills that are not theirs. There is no way of getting out of a debt that large and no way you will get enough violations to cover the bill. If they obtain a judgement expect around a 130 point drop on your credit report and no credit for the next 7 years. If I were you I would sell your land fast and pay it off before it goes to court. IF you wait then I assure you that the 2 of you will regret it.
