well 1st off im by far no expert but from my understanding of the law they can win even if your not in court via default judgement & my guess & only a guess it that they probably did win by default .. its to bad you didnt stay & have a bit more information about your rights becouse "i believe" your past SOL where if you would have pointed that out to the judge you would have won your case , again im not sure about ohio statues but i believe so .. far as turning it around , honestly i dont know myself but im sure whychat or others would be able to give you an answer on that .. well sorry im providing you such little info but hope it helped some .. lots of luck , kelly ...............
