I wasn't referring to things like keeping your home and car, I was referring to creditors like Sears, and Discover, who are known to show up at the hearing and make you some kind of offer to get you to reaffirm. You should listen to your lawyer, when it come to the items you want to keep.

I really should have just reassured you that the hearing is not any big deal, instead of giving advice. That was a bad idea.
