Hi Linda.They never threatened me before at all...no contact whatsoever,then WHAm ,papers from the court.It says small claims petition and I'm orders to appear so I guess inshort,it's a summons to b sued.With a lot of the information I've gathered from this and several other resources ,I think I can get it dismissed.I called the Attorney Generals dept. of consumer affairs and they told me I wouldnt need a lawyer,to just gather as much info as possible and present my case.I thought that sounded kind of weird but I dont know why they would try to mislead me regarding legal counsel.I'm going to give it my best shot.Thanks .
