I GOTCHA now! Ok, they do have an agency licensed here, BUUUT that's not the one trying to collect on the debt at all, it's an out of state one. The do have an agency that according to this site is licensed here, but they've already violated by trying to collect out of state which I'm 100% sure of. I have phone numbers, person I spoke with, the 2 dates I spoke with them, this supposed validation letter and envelope, everything I need if it comes down to the wire.

Won't even lie, was definitely confused about that. I was thinking that as long as one branch of them was licensed that was all it took.

Don't forget, I checked out all of their prior registrations in Tenn. and they were NOT valid.They lied to you before, what makes you think they are telling the truth now?"
